With the advent of Globalization and the changing scenario senior managers of non-governmental organizations find themselves in a very competetitive environment within which they must secure resources for the growth and sustainability of their organization and programmes.Over-reliance on a single donor or source of funds is a risk for the continuity of programmes and the sustainability of organisations.
