iVolunteer India Fellow Professional Programme

iVolunteer recently launched its India Fellow Professional program calling for professionals from the corporate sector to give their skills where they are needed the most.

Corporate India has grown by leaps and bounds in recent years. At the same time, the poor in India continue to struggle with basic issues such as lack of employment, education and healthcare. To bridge this gap the iVolunteer India Fellow Professional Programme aims to bring professional skills and expertise from corporate India to credible social development organisations.

As iVolunteer India Fellows, skilled professionals will undertake development projects in rural India for a minimum of 3 months. Each project will capitalise on the skills offered by the Fellow professional to overcome a specific management challenge faced by the host organisations.

Why

India continues to face formidable development challenges. However,
organisations working to overcome these lack the right human resources.
This is where professional skills can make a real difference.

Who

Working professionals, MBAs and post graduates with at least 2 years
experience in marketing, management consulting, finance and IT.

How

Selected Fellows will be assigned matching rural projects. Fellows also
get:

Travel to/from location

Free accommodation

A stipend of Rs 5000 pm

Pre-departure orientation

Ongoing project support

Post project engagement
