Qualifications and Experience
Counsellor’s applying for the position of Helpline Counselor’s should have the following:
- Candidate should have complete Graduation in Social work or Diploma in social work or Counseling.
- Should know English and Hindi ,knowledge of Marathi will be advantage
- One or two year experience in working with senior citizens / counseling in difficult situation would be an advantage
- Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
- Should be willing to work in shifts
